It all started back in 2016 when I used to play roller derby. I was looking to make some bracelets for my teammates, and I wanted to customize them with each player's number. This led me to find metal stamping, which seemed like a skill I could acquire, so I set out to find the tools I would need to make it happen. I began with a standard household hammer, a scrap chunk of steel as an anvil, and an old set of number stamps that was given to me. This was all it took to ignite a fire in me, and I began obsessively watching metalsmithing videos and buying new tools slowly over time.
Eventually I decided that I wanted to focus on using only sterling silver (with the occasional accent metal) and then I added gemstones to the mix. There's nothing I love more than finding beautiful cabochon stones and new ways to work with silver. As I've refined my skills and increased my tool selection, I've been able to develop my style, which I would describe as minimalist. I really hope you love what you see here in my shop as much as I do!
